Writing Effective Condolence Letters It's rightly said that showing sympathy is the best form of showing one's concern to a person. Ideally Condolence letter is written to offer condolence and sympathy to a friend, relative or a colleague. Condolence letters can be formal as well as informal depending upon the situation. while writing these  letter and these include.
A.Identify the lost person and refer to it as deceased by name. 
B.Express your deepest empathy. 
C.Make a note of any special attributes of the deceased that comes to mind. 
D.Incorporate your beloved memory cherished with the deceased. 
E.Lend a hand, but make sure it is a specific offer. Instead of "Let me know if I can help with anything at all," try to fabricate your sentence.
F.End the letter with a solicitous word, optimism, a desire, or phrase of sympathy.
G.Enclose your words like "earnestly," "love," or "affectionately," doesn't sound personally.
Your kind gesture through these letters may ease a person from his or her sufferings. Show your affection to people after the great loss that has incurred in their lives. Sometimes 
its tough to say but the condolence words can express the heartfelt feelings.
